Show Up
The hardest part is getting out your door, right? Make it easier by having a group to meet up with! Join us every Wednesday at 6pm for a run (or walk) with like-minded folks. Distances and course suggestions will be provided!

Meet (New) People
Maybe you meet someone new to run with or maybe you bring your own crew. Either way, you won’t be out there alone! New to town? What better way to learn the streets in town and do it while getting to know someone!

Have Fun!
Here’s the hardest part of all: just have fun! Some runs will be a simple meet up, some will offer demo runs, a guest speaker or a trip across the street for a brew afterwards. Check back often to find out when they will happen!
3 Mile Loop
Not sure where to go from here? Here’s a quick three mile loop that will get you around town and back to the store:
- From our back parking lot head down Emerald Street to the bike path and then take a left.
- Take your first left onto Winchester Street down to the rotary at Main Street.
- Cross the rotary over to Marlboro Street. Continue down Marlboro all the way to Eastern Avenue.
- Take a left on Eastern and when you come to the bike path hang a slight left and continue all the way down until you’re back on Main Street.
- From there it’s just a little ways back towards the store!
Alternatively if you would rather not deal with cars you can always do an out and back on the rail trail from the left off of Emerald or if you continue to the end of Emerald Street, you can take the trail in another direction. Both have bridges that will take you over the highway!

Your hub for local races and runs!
- Radically Rural Rain Trail Run - Wednesday, October 8th at 7am. Out & back, set your own pace and go your own distance, you won’t get lost! Jess & Kit will be with you for a 3-4 mile gentle run on one of Keene’s lovely rail trails. Locals invited, so expect to learn more about Keene and Cheshire County life if you’re from out of town! Meet at the back door (parking lot entrance) of Ted’s Shoe Shop on Main Street & Emerald. Register here
- MDS Run, Walk, Smile 5k, 10k & 1 mile Fun Run - Saturday, November 1st starting at 9am in Keene, NH. Register for the races here
