Refund policy

Footwear Return Policy
We offer a window of 30 days to return footwear if they're not working for you. The shoes must be in re-sellable condition (i.e. no dirt, odor, pet hair on them), with the original box and your receipt. You will receive store credit or can exchange the shoes for another pair or size at the current in-store selling price. 

Apparel/Accessory Return Policy
We offer 30 days to return apparel or accessories should they not fit or work for you.  All items must have original tags still in place and items must be in re-sellable condition (i.e no odor, wrinkles, stains, scratches, etc) Store credit will be issued or an exchange for another option or size at the current in-store selling price.

Our Warranty
We stand behind the same warranty policies that our vendors provide on their footwear, most of which are 60-90 days from the date of purchase.
